1. About these terms

GeoImgr is run by Dokotec OÜ, Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under code 14666116, VAT number EE102143933, info@geoimgr.com. These terms cover all GeoImgr software offered on geoimgr.com and its subdomains. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older. Each Pro seat is for one named person, who signs in with their own account; the subscription owner holds one of the seats. Seats and accounts may not be shared. The owner may reassign a seat to a new person, for example when someone leaves the team, but not so that several people take turns using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Plans and payment

What Free and Pro include is on our pricing page. Payments are handled by our resellers, whose terms you accept at checkout; they cover payment, tax and invoices. Refunds follow our refund policy. Subscriptions renew each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We tell you in advance before we raise your price or remove something you pay for, so you can cancel first.

4. Your photos

Your photos and videos stay yours. We use them only to provide the service: to write location and other details into them, to make AI suggestions, and to post them where you ask. You must have the right to use every file you upload.

5. AI and Google services

AI suggestions can be wrong, so check them before you use them. You are responsible for what you publish, including posts to Google Business Profile. Google Maps in Pro is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Fair use

Do not resell access, use bots or scripts, upload illegal content, or try to break or overload the service. If you do, we may suspend or close your account. To delete your account, write to info@geoimgr.com.

7. Liability

We cannot promise that GeoImgr is always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the damage.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms at any time. We tell you about significant changes in advance, and you can cancel if you disagree. Estonian law applies, and as a consumer you keep the protection of the law where you live.
